Is this for real? Are your products genuine? How do I know they’re not fake?

This site sells only genuine products. We buy them in bulk direct from authorised retailers (usually in countries where they’re much cheaper than here in Malaysia), and we import them to sell directly to you. Internet shopping is quite new in Malaysia, but we hope that you’ll understand that we can sell genuine products for such a low price because we have very few overheads – mostly related to hosting this website and posting you your items.

If you receive a product and it is fake, we will refund you – but we’re confident that it won’t come to this. We have receipts for everything we sell tracing it back to the original merchant in the source country (usually the UK, Australia or New Zealand), and we can prove it if we have to!
